YWiB Application Form: To apply to become a YWiB member, fill out this application and email it to info@ywib.ca.
	YWiB YWiB Event agreement: The YWiB team works hard to hold value-added events and we request that in joining us, you first read through this Event Agreement. Please note that in submitting your membership application to YWiB, you agree to abide by these guidelines for the duration of your membership.
